Remote Support

Using the latest technologies ITS Support can support your company remotely. Our service can be used for remote training as well as the user can see what our engineers are doing. As long as there is an internet connection to the computer then one of our qualified engineers can remotely sort out your current problem. It could anything from a driver configuration, to a printing problem, email settings etc. There is NO need to configure your router, firewall and NO Software is left installed on your computer

How it works

You go to our support website and start a support chat session (similar to Messenger) with one of our engineers where you describe your basic problem. The engineer might need to gain access to your PC to sort out your problem. If so you will be prompted to click a button to allow our engineer access. Once the problem is resolved, our engineer disconnects he cannot gain access again unless you request it again. No software is left on your PC so giving you further peace of mind and security.

We have several Remote support contracts as well as an Ad’hoc service
(pay as you go).

Remote Support Contracts

Annual Remote Support Contract 12:-  allows for 12 instances per year. Annual Cost £99.99+VAT Additional singular instances can be bought for £12.50 a time

Annual Remote Support Contract 24:-  allows for 24 instances per year. Annual Cost £189.99+VAT Additional singular instances can be bought for £12.50 a time

Ad’Hoc - Pay As You Go

No contract you pay by credit card before we start a remote support instance. £19.99+VAT
